Treasury Privacy Policy (GDPR)

This policy explains how we process personal data in Treasury (web app / PWA). We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect Account and profile (email, name, phone, Telegram, location, birth date, referral links), generated content, publish links, language and email preferences, essential cookies and session data, push subscription if enabled.

3. Legal bases Contract (providing Treasury), consent (news emails — unsubscribe in Profile or via the link in each email, push — you can withdraw in Profile), legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention).

4. Processors Supabase, Resend, hosting, Anthropic and HeyGen for generation, Google Drive backup for admin only. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention Account data while you use Treasury. Generations visible in the app for up to 90 days for copying. News emails while subscription is active.

6. Your rights Access, rectification, erasure (delete account button in Profile), restriction, portability where applicable, withdraw consent. Contact us as above.

7. Complaint You may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

8. Children Not intended for under-16s without parental consent.

9. Changes The current version is always in the app.
